FAQs

When it is raining/freezing/snowing what happens?

1

We embrace outdoor play in a variety of weather and believe these experiences offer opportunities to build grit, adaptability and confidence. Families MUST dress their children appropriately for the forecast. Our locations do not have an indoor shelter so we may shorten, cancel or relocate sessions when weather or road conditions make outdoor programming unsafe, such as thunderstorms or unsafe air quality during fire season. We monitor conditions through the day and will notify families promptly of any changes or early pickup needs.

What if my child gets sick and we need to cancel?

2

We understand, kids get sick, and plans change! Please let us know before the program starts, even if its that morning. If your child is sick, please keep them home to rest. For illness cancellation, we offer a credit for the amount paid toward a future pop-up, valid for 90 days and subject to availability.

Each booking may be rescheduled once. Refunds aren’t available for customer cancellations, and missed sessions without notice aren’t eligible for credit. If Arrows in the Wild cancels, you will receive a credit for future use.
